We are hoping to sell a variety of locally made items in our store. We want to provide a space where makers and crafters and artisans etc. can have their creations for sale without the hassle of a market set up. We also think this will serve customers who may like what they see on instagram but not feel like attending a marker at a brewery on a weekend for schedule or sobriety or social anxiety reasons.

We love and support our local people who organize and put on the various makers markets around town, and we by NO means intend to steal their business. We see this as complimentary, to broaden the audience of consumers for the vendors, and we will continue to promote the local market events.

We have worked on this concept through conversations with the organizers of at least 3 of the biggest makers markets in the area, as well as Mo’s experience as a vendor at a variety of markets over the years and the manager of a Farmer’s Market for a year.

The concept is, you let us know what you want to sell in our store, we agree, you bring the stuff by along with an inventory and price list, as well as a social media link and bio, we help you set up and promote on our sites that we sell your stuff, and you share that your stuff is available at our spot! We mutually promote in order to make things better for everyone.

We are open to the model for vendors fees to be flexible. We are happy to do a flat fee for a certain amount of display space for a time period, or a commission based model, or even a trade or sweat equity type model. Please let us know what works for you- we want this department to support By Any Beans Necessary but also feel good to the people selling things in our space.
